Support groups are open to the community and you are encourage to join. If interested in participating in Banner's exercise and wellness programs, it's required that you become a Banner Neuro Wellness member. Begin by simply making an appointment for a one-on-one evaluation. During the evaluation they will assess your current function, make recommendations for classes and answer questions. Following the evaluation, you can sign up for classes and get started
